Belinda Baillie

Belinda has been working with people to improve themselves personally and professionally for over 20 years.Life Co

Belinda runs the Mentoring and Life Coaching Program for the Insight Foundation which offers a Certificate IV in Mentoring and Coaching. She is also actively involved with the Insight Foundation in the capacity of implementation, logistics and facilitation for its intensives and retreats.

Belinda is internationally credentialed as a life coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and sits on the board of ICF Australasia as the Director of the Australian sub chapter. Life Coaching Coach Training Courses in Australia.

Much of Belinda’s work has involved tutoring, mentoring and life coaching in various roles and career focuses. Belinda’s passion is living an authentic, integrated and fulfilled life and assisting others to do the same if they so choose. She holds a number of qualifications in life coaching, training, presenting, kinesiology and the dramatic arts.

Belinda has a background in training and has taught at TAFE in country NSW as well as working with disadvantaged youths and children with learning and behavioural challenges. She has owned and operated a number of successful small (and not-so-small) businesses and enjoys coaching business owners wishing to understand themselves as professionals to achieve personal mastery within their own organisations. In her capacity as a life coach and mentor, having trained and worked as a professional actor, Belinda also enjoys working as a drama and artistic coach for those in the arts, professional or aspiring, who wish to actualise even more of their artistic potential.

Lorraine Town
Assessor and facilitator
Lorraine, who has been mentoring and coaching for many years, came to the team in 2009 in the role of assessor. She brings a wealth of knowledge on mentoring and coaching, as well as the ability to keep Belinda organized.

Lorraine mentors and tutors students in their practical coaching work during live coaching sessions. She is passionate about coaching and assisting others on their journey as they explore and step into the realization of the richness of their potential, real and true. Claire Newman - European Co-ordinator, Facilitator, Tutor and Senior mentor

Claire is our European liaison team member, facilitator, trainer and Senior mentor.

Claire graduated from the Mentoring and Coaching course in 2006 and has since founded her own business called New Possibilities Consultancy offering a range of services that assist you to uncover the authentic self, moving past self imposed limitations to create new possibilities and live your full potential in enjoyment and wholeness.

Claire tutors students in their practical coaching work during live coaching sessions, runs the European Induction Intensives, co-facilitates teleconferences as well as mentoring students.

She also works as a mentor for the Global Coaching Community and offers a variety of classes, self mastery teleconferences, webinars, workshops and one-to-one sessions.

John Kurzer - Administration and sanity monitor

John is the 'behind- member of the team and brings his excellent logic and organizational skills to the admin side of things. Life Coaching Coach Training Courses in Australia.
John holds a Diploma in Holistic Counselling and has much wisdom to share if you ask him, however, his preference is in working behind the scenes in a support role for the students and the team.


Linda Lawson - facilitator, student support, co-ordinator for supervised practice groups (learning triads), senior mentor and US co-ordinator

Linda participated in our 3rd intake of students for the Certificate IV in Mentoring and Coaching and, due to her understanding of educating, has given us great feedback and assistance in improving the course from a standpoint of a student.

Linda has a Masters Degree in Pedagogy from the US and joins the team bringing us a wealth of experience as a teacher and mentor to life's very special children across a wide range of expression of 'special' including marginalized students and students with significant behavioural challenges, students who think out of the box, ones who showed genius and children who have been termed ”indigos”.

Her current area of speciality she brings is around building resiliency in students which then translates across to building resiliency in our clients.

Linda began working with these skills with school students from pre-school right through to high school and training teachers in instructional methodology designed to elicit "buy in" and greater achievement in learners.

We are excited to add Linda to the team as a developer of learning material for our students on building resiliency as well as developing tools for coaches to use with their clients.

Linda will also be working with the team as student support and co-ordinator of the supervised practice groups of coaching and mentoring.

Simone de Haas
Guest facilitator and senior mentor

Simone graduated with our Certificate IV in Mentoring and Coaching in 2008 and has worked with us as a senior mentor and a guest facilitator.

Since graduating, Simone has left the full time work she was doing in HR and has created her own business called cre8tive catalyst which involves such things as mentoring, coaching, running workshops and masterclasses.

Simone is also a theatre director and brings her many talents and skills of working within theatre and actors' dramas to enrich students' and clients' experiences as they move through the course. Life Coaching Coach Training Courses in Australia.
Segolene Ferrari
Senior mentor and guest facilitator

Segolene works as a senior mentor for the Mentoring and Coaching Program. She graduated from the Mentoring and Coaching course in 2008 and has since also founded her own business called Feminine Source Academy, which offers a range of services focused on empowering women and healing the relationship between men and women. She also works as a senior mentor and course writer for the Global Coaching Community.

Born in France, Segolene became bored with the drudgery of a robotic life at a very early age, and started searching for more meaning and purpose, living in various countries as her journey unfolded. This is how she encountered the Insight Foundation and the Mentoring and Coaching Program.

Debbie Bates
Senior mentor

Debbie graduated in 2007 and has worked with us since then as a senior mentor with students, assisting them to move through challenges with themselves as they blossom and become more of who they are.

Lisbeth has been on the team since her graduation and brings a range of outstanding organizational skills, mentoring and coaching skills and people skills with her.

Respecting the uniqueness of each student, Lisbeth works closely with them so that they too can acknowledge this and then bring it forth into their coaching and mentoring. She has an authentic supportive, nurturing and empowering manner, which she brings to all.
