  This course is for those who wish to step up and begin running the Coaching and Mentoring training for the Global Coaching Academy.

  You must be a graduate of the GCA and demonstrate an ability to embody the learning and qualities that are important to the Insight Foundation and abide by the IF code of ethics.

  Ideally you will need to undertake your Certificate IV in Training and Assessment to deliver the training.

  In this short course we will step you through strategies and habits for success to assist you to get the most out of the Certificate IV in Mentoring and Coaching.
  
  We will begin the journey of delving into what we want to achieve, not just within this course, but in our lives on all levels, from the physical, the emotional, the mental and even on to the spiritual levels.
  
  Be prepared to set aside what you think you already know and engage with the unknown to enable you to look deeper and further than you have gone before.
  
  The ability set aside preconceptions and beliefs in favour of trialling something different to explore whether it works will set your steps towards true freedom from the limitations and beliefs that keep you from achieving your full potential.
